What is the processing time?The processing time can take from 1-2 business days.
Where can I get the tracking number?Pekabuu provides tracking numbers as soon as orders leave our physical shop. If you have ordered for a few days and since haven't receive your tracking number, please contact us. Normally your package is already in transit before you get the tracking number.
How do I cancel an order?Just send us an email at info@pekabuu.com and we will process the cancellation request. Please note that we are not able to cancel when the package has been shipped.
Can I cancel an order after the order is dispatched?Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel the order after the order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel after you have placed your order, it is best to contact us by email as soon as possible and we will process the refund promptly.
Why is the order taking so long?Delivery time to US usually 5 - 9 days.
Why is my tracking number not working?Tracking numbers will likely not show any result before carriers have a chance to do an initial scan to those packages. If there are still no updates after 2-5 business days, please contact us and we will check for you.
What if the product does not arrive?Under normal circumstances, your products should arrive safely. In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will re-send the goods or give you a full refund.
Do I have to pay custom duties and taxes?Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm the details of a shipment. Any local sales tax or import duty will be calculated when your goods enter your country. However, in most cases there is nothing to pay, but if there is, you simply receive a small surcharge bill when you receive the products.
